Tanker Capacity & Actual Sludge Volume
Underground septic tanks, STP chambers, and sumps cannot be measured with absolute precision before suction starts:
- Certified Load: A dispatched vacuum tanker evacuates up to its certified tank volume (e.g. 3,000L or 5,000–7,000L).
- Multiple Trips: If your tank holds more sewage and compacted sludge than one vehicle capacity, completing the cleanout requires additional trips. Our crew will show you the filled level and quote the extra trip before continuing.
Pre-Existing Structural & Pipe Conditions
- Aged Pipes & Corrosion: Domestic sewage naturally generates gases that weaken old concrete, brick mortar, and PVC pipes over decades. We are not liable for pre-existing cracked baffle walls or collapsed masonry uncovered during cleaning.
- Tree Roots: When cutting thick tree roots choking a drain, existing cracks in fragile pipe collars may be exposed. The underlying structural condition remains the property owner’s responsibility.
Dispatch Times & 30–45 Min ETA
High-Pressure Hydro-Jetting
Hydro-jetting uses 200–250 bar water pressure to scour grease, silt, and scale from pipes. While standard plumbing withstands this easily, customers must inform us if their drainage line is unglued, severely brittle, or already structurally broken.
Strictly Mechanized Work (Zero Manual Entry)
Under Indian law and safety regulations, all suction and de-clogging are performed mechanically from above ground. We do not manually send human workers into toxic septic tanks or manholes. Construction debris, large rocks, or concrete chunks that cannot pass vacuum hoses will not be hand-lifted.
Authorized Government Disposal
We transport all pumped septage in sealed tankers and discharge exclusively at government-approved municipal Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs) designated by GHMC and HMWSSB. We never dump waste into open lakes, stormwater drains, or unauthorized grounds.
