By booking services with Dial-a-Septic Tank Cleaners via phone, WhatsApp, or website, you agree to these Terms. We provide specialized mechanized wastewater cleaning across Hyderabad:

• Septic Tank Cleaning: High-vacuum tanker suction for liquid sewage and settled sludge.
• Drainage & Sewer Jetting: 200–250 bar high-pressure water blasting to clear choked pipelines.
• STP & Grease Traps: Commercial chamber de-sludging and restaurant grease removal.
• Basement Drainage: Dewatering flooded pits and cellars (B1/B2/B3).

Under the Prohibition of Employment as Manual Scavengers Act, 2013 and government safety mandates:

• 24/7 Fast Dispatch: We operate round the clock. Our target arrival time in Hyderabad is 30 to 45 minutes.
• Traffic Conditions: Arrival times are realistic operational estimates. Peak traffic, rains, or road restrictions may affect transit. We keep you updated via phone or WhatsApp.
• Live Location: Sharing your Google live location on WhatsApp helps our driver navigate directly to your gate.

• Clear Rates: Pricing is based on tanker vehicle capacity (e.g. 3,000L to 7,000L) and hose length required.
• Additional Loads: If your tank holds more volume than one tanker, additional loads are communicated before dispatch and billed at standard rates.
• Immediate Payment: Payment is due upon completion of cleaning. We accept UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm), Cash, and Direct Bank Transfer.

• Tanker Access: The customer must ensure clear road passage and parking space for a heavy vacuum tanker (minimum 8–10 ft width).
• Open Chamber: The septic tank slab or manhole cover must be accessible. If tiled or buried, the customer must arrange for it to be opened.
• Water Tap: A basic water tap connection is required on-site for line flushing and hydro-jetting operations.

• Free Cancellation: You can cancel free of charge within 10 minutes of booking confirmation.
• En-route Cancellation: If our vehicle has already reached your area, a nominal fuel charge (₹500) applies.
• Legal Jurisdiction: All agreements are governed by the laws of India under the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
